a mou agreement is like a contract in China, this should have price sensitive, google it and you find a mou in China is a contract, how ever the mou signed with Jat dose not state any minimum order or qty there for it's not price sensitive.
1- mou dose not have terminated time
2-if they both satisfied with each performance it will continue
3-there is no minimum qty orders
so it could be big orders or minimum orders both ways it's going to life our sales from current
