Thanks for this info SMX, I had no info on retail costs in Shanghai so this is useful information even as a rough estimate.

At $60000 per month though it's only $2000 of margin a day, so as I think others have mentioned it's that quantity of tins per month, not a day. As you correctly point out though we'd assume their rentals will be higher based on the more premium location. Cheers.

(edited to refer to SMX updated cost estimate per month at 31k base not 48k, ie 43k total / month would only require $1400 margin / day)
