I also think most buyers in the JAT shop would probably buy a carton of six or two. Their traffic would be fairly bad I would think to come back constantly.
Id be more worried about storage and access for deliveries. Shop front of probably 100 sq. meters and extra 100sqm for pallets out the back. All guesswork though.
