Just got some more confirmations
1. The shopping mall in the contual design graph was planned but not built eventually.
2. The "Kids City" refers to first three floors of Tower #12 and #13 - this is the complex we have here. See below picture. I'd assume JAT's store should be there.
- Commercial for first 3 floors (底商)
- Residential from 4th and above.
- All commercial properties are business ready and good to go. At the time tenants recruitment is ongoing.
