I don't believe that is the suggestion as they state further research to be conducted before a claim for prevention of COVID per the announcement, "JAT is planning a further project to demonstrate clinical efficacy for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19. However, JAT can manufacture and sell the JAT Products as immunity support supplementary food products under the existing FSANZ and GB Standards."
