Perhaps look at a few stocks where there is a founder. Some examples are TNE, WTC, HVN, TOLL (before it was sold to Japan Post), MIN.
Founders are generally pretty good at looking after capital and fellow shareholders. You need some diversity otherwise a black swan event may wipe you out.
