The only way the directors have a pay day, without selling shares is when dividends are paid, apart from directors fees, hire charges and debenture interest, so it will happen one day. The chances of a dividend in the next 12-24 months however is non existent given that debentures have to be paid off and the resource base expansion is the highest priority. Too many other ways for the $s to go at the moment to even contemplate a dividend, so lets not even mention it again for a couple of years.
