We have attached for your perusal recent announcements to the ASX
- quarterly production report for December quarter
- gold forward sale announcement
Our Jaurdi mine/mill continues normally with minor variations in throughput and gold production, however we remain on target to meet guidance.
Mining of Panel 3 in the Lost Dog ore body is planned to continue to August 2023.
Our December quarterly report will be released at the end of the month.
Gold prices in Australian dollars are affected by a strong dollar, with China resuming purchasing of Australian coal one would assume higher coal prices are around the corner which may “push” the Aud to higher levels, one reason why we entered into modest gold forward sales in Aud.
We remain positive about the outlook for gold in USD.
