Receivables? Sold the gold waiting for the cash to hit the bank? They said they had sale receipts, doesn't mean the cash is in the bank yet. Might just be a timing thing.
Dunno, but I saw that as well and thought it odd.
As for the $600k outgoings - could have been staff salaries / super / production invoices paid. Prod costs of $9m for the June qtr have to be paid at some stage.
But I agree - would be nice to get a clearer outlook - i.e. Sales of $5.57, Cash of $16.3m and receivables of XX - but then they'd have to add in all the accrued expenses etc. and that's not really needed in a simple monthly update
Sometimes adding a simple note can cause confusion though
