Neither of the two platforms I use have auto alerts for announcements unfortunately. I have emailed BCN and asked to be put onto an automatic mailing list - if such a thing exists.
I see what you mean about the debentures. But they must surely have more of an idea of what they are going to do than what they keep reporting to investors.
