When Shares are bought back, there are less on issue.. hence each share is rewarded by getting a greater dividend.

I think we have enough to explore, aquire and buyback. No? Obviously it comes down to opportunity.. sure if a nice offer comes along lets appraise and do it if it suits us.. But if not.. Buybacks benefit holders by increasing SP and reducing SOI -- not bad right? Also -- get the SP to a level where options are actual considered worth converting.. no at 3.5c

Right now i dont mind no buy backs, just dont want a consolidation and id like the options to not expire worthless.. if the SP can get up from Activity or M&A then great.. its just we done this already and the SP has not moved so i propose a new option for our suplus warchest.
