    It's not so much getting it wrong, as it is getting it "more right". Estimating a resource is a statistical probability that becomes clearer as more data becomes available and is exponentially smoothed for the margin of error. Numbers go up, numbers go down, we have seen both, but all rather frictional in my opinion.
