Had a look at Lattitude Mining's (ASX: LCD) quarterly today to see if theres been progress at the Gheko project, located ony a drop punt away from Jaurdi.
"Gecko North Project Update Latitude has previously advised that the granting process of the Gecko North Project (Exploration License Application E15/1587) was advancing and had been referred to the native title division of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. Latitude are now pleased to advise that this tenement was officially granted on 3 August and will be commencing exploration in the coming month. "
I've been watching them closely to see when we can expect results from drilling on their Gheko tenement. If our neighbour strikes gold, we may need to let them know of our commisioned, fully-operational processing plant right next door, perfectly suited to the soil composition most likely to be encoutnered in LCDs assays
