Two words out of this resonate the most with me.... "Heavily Oversubscribed"...
A company with a $45m market cap goes for an $18m capital raise via debenture and it's "Heavily Oversubscribed"?..
I know the terms were good for investors on the debenture raise, but this is a clear indication this company and its project is worth considerably more.
Hopefully in the near future the market will think so too.
