You are probably right and I've read it wrong. Typically coil cleans the sand out the wellbore with fluid....nitrogen is then used to lift the fluid to encourage gas flow.
This is probably just saying that N2 didnt lift fluid out of the hole (Which is expected at this point).
Therefore theres probably a heap of N2 going to hit surface as soon the ESPs are back online.
