I've always thought we needed a hungry entrepreneur as CEO. Josh has proven himself to be a solid operator of Vampr and seems alot more ambitious. With his large JXT position, he should care alot more about driving the value of his equity up relative to Beth.
This also means we have cut down on more costs at the top too which will be good for us in the medium term.
