This is a very significant win.
The MLC is a NFP created in the US off the back of US legislation to collect and distribute royalties. In 2022 they distributed USD$700mil.
From what I read, it operates very similar to a government entity.
As a validation of the music credit database, there is nothing better.
This is the first significant API deal Jaxsta has signed and from earlier posts is looking like something in the range of a $200k annuity.
Also, MLC only covers the US. I'm sure there are other entities covering other parts of the world Jaxsta can target.
Unfortunately we won't see that short term benefits of this contract, however as the revenue flows in this will confirm the consolidation and growth story.
Long term hold for me.
