I think the challenge for investors is understanding how Revenue is generated for Jaxsta. I hope they explain it more in layman's terms to get more people on board. First requirement to investing in a business is sound understanding and if people don't understand how a company makes money then they'll most likely steer away from it.

• Currently have 67,000+ Jaxsta Pro subscribers (in free trial until end of year). With the heavy assumption that there will be circa 200,000 subscribers due to explosive uptake by the start of 2021 they could have potential ARR of $4.5M from the subscriptions (assumed 15% conversion to paid subscription @ $150/year membership).
• Add to that the Songtradr deal where Jaxsta receive 20% neighbouring rights revenue this should be around $0.5M. Songtradr gets about $24M/year in revenue for 2020 (source) x assumed 10% users claim revenue via Jaxsta API x 20% of the neighbouring rights. I might be wrong in my understanding here...

But still $5M of rev for Jaxsta at $22M Market Cap.

Note the assumptions I am making are highly hypothetical so DYOR & DD. It's good to imagine the potential though.
