Sounds like a good analysis. Decoupled. I think thats what happens when you take these death spiral financing convertible notes.
His only interest is to sell the shares into the market as he gets them at a discount. What 20-30%?
And every conversion his interest is jsut to keep selling. Who can keep buying with that kind of selling pressure? I think the bottom for this stock will be in when we see an announcement that the convertible note provider has been fully paid out or has fully converted (and possibly fully sold) also.
Until then, selling pressure will persist (until it doesnt) at which point this stock will run. Lets see who gets to pick up a bargain and ride this well.
