Mister Lau,
I'm not here to argue or to play games.
My only concern is to get the share price up.
We both lost more than enough.
Don't you think?
You can confirm this with Kit Weng Yup - if I correctly remember your face.
It are no real secrets I am sharing, if you had a single meeting with them.
Steltek is literally sitting in IFG offices, that is not just the same address.
They were going to become part of IFG and were 7 months ago announced by the GM as a partner on LinkedIn.
This is off the table and they go a more independent way.
It would've been an excellent acquisition.
LLAMP.AI was sitting in Onify's office, using Onify's resource to service clients with AI projects in Belgium (as been announced).
They didn't became part of IFG and the whole AI team left on terrible terms.
It would've been an excellent acquisition.
While the GM was partying tonight at a rooftop - champagne in hand - while bragging about his excellent technical skills and shaking hands of investors who lost over 90%, his Onify team was celebrating the goodbye of yet another team member.
The facts are plain simple, from what I could verify:
- Onify has less than 20 billable team members left - from 40 since September (check their 28 LinkedIn members - deduct the people we know that left, deduct the admin and management)
- Prodigy9 has no single activity since the acquisition (check their Linkedin, Facebook, Google page that said they are permanently closed)
- Chakrit - the CEO of Prodigy9 - has a beef with the GM and is absent from every social media picture this year (Check LinkedIn)
- Staff is complaining on Glassdoor about poor management, scam projects and unpaid salaries (Check Glassdoor)
- From the Onify page, the team section has disappeared, after removal of the said LLAMP.AI head (check Onify website)
- The ex-CEO of Onify is stating online that financial promises are not met as cause of his departure (check trienpont.com)
- The management of IFG and Onify has 0 technical people, zero. As a tech company (check ifgh website and the resumes)
- The latest announced deal was a single developer for 3 months outsourced to Chubb, in more than 6 months (check the announcements)
- Based on 4C we can read black on white that Onify lost at least 40% of their stable revenue (read the table)
- Prodigy9 brings in debt with unacceptable terms (read the announcement)
- Unpaid invoices to Reign Advisory were converted in shares, diluting their value with over 70% (see last vote)
- There are no more video updates from Ken Tovich since December 2024 (see YouTube)
- Announced projects (UAE marketplace, something USA medical, Satew) are undelivered or maybe canceled? (see announcements)
- The only left tech lead was bragging on Linkedin he was rejected for another job (see LinkedIn)
- The CFO left (see announcements)
- No open job posts (check websites and Facebook)
The stock price is down, significantly.
And it is not because "someone dumping", a bad prior CEO of FGL, a bad prior CEO of Onify, terrible staff, Trump's tariffs or whatever excuse we hear.
It is plain simple: this is a whole - terrible - season of Neighbours.
Drama, ego, unskilled leaders, lies, betrayal...
We just miss some unaccounted babies of mistresses.
Let me break it for you, the management is the problem.
If 1 person leaves, that person is likely the problem.
If 3 people leave, benefit of the doubt.
If 20 people leave, you are the problem, without a doubt.
And is it a mixture of Kenny Woo who only knows numbers and can't manager people, Ken Tovich with a different background and a con-man as GM? Or just 1 of those 3? I don't know, I don't care.
But as shareholders we need to stop voting as sheep and demand clarity and people to get removed from their job and replaced by capable people.
And to the CEO - I know you are reading - grow some balls.
