Only thing I'd say is that we don't know what influence or relationships the management might have with some of those larger holders. Is this a thought bubble, a stalling measure that will lead to something else, or something they know they can get across the line? I have NFI.

The only less negative outcome for HML and BHD holders that I can see if the takeover by JBL proceeds, is if the combined entity is listed on the ASX. Otherwise we will all be locked to the NSX with little possibility of selling out.
