Only thing I'd say is that we don't know what influence or relationships the management might have with some of those larger holders. Is this a thought bubble, a stalling measure that will lead to something else, or something they know they can get across the line? I have NFI.

I think they are trying to merge the three distinct "pools of money" into one so they can use the same "bucket of money" without having to go through the corporate processes.

The reason they are doing this? CASH BURN!!!
