It's disgraceful that the directors wait until now to make any statement at all regarding what shareholders should do. It's disgraceful that the directors made applications to ASIC and then to the takeovers panel to avoid informing shareholders in full on the merits or otherwise of the deal. It's disgraceful that the directors only make clear today, the 27th November that anyone who accepted the deal after the 23rd is stuffed and can't withdraw. I could go on, but in short, these directors are an absolute disgrace!
