Yes, it's called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
The problem with removing directors though is that you need to replace them. Finding directors willing to deal with this crap for little reward will be the challenge. Having said that, I think a trio of pot plants would be able to do a better job than the existing board of directors.
