I doubt it. ASIC's website says the Corporations Act requires the meeting to be called within 21 days and completed (to avoid indefinite adjournment) within 2 months. They're already past the 21 days, though I don't know whether it's them delaying or whether something else is needed from the significant holders who've called the meeting.
