BHD has money HML doesn't.
JBL needs that which it doesn't have.
This is my counter-offer and it's final:
90 cents per BHD unit.
If I wanted JBL shares I'd by them on market for 0.01cent (I don't want them nor does anyone else apparently including the owners or they would be buyers on the market).
All the drops in the NTA have been by financial mechanisms designed to... let's just say they were 'invalid', and not 'in-alignment' with the stated purpose of the company. Hence my offer is equal to asking for a refund as the service provided doesn't appear to be the one I've been paying for.

Seriously though guys I strongly encourage you to read this if you don't read anything else despite the length - or as much of it as you can. It seems kinda important.
