There's seems to be some confusion about the BHD EGM not being called within 21 days of notice being given. Please note that the BHD directors have been served with a section 249F, which states that the shareholders, not the directors, are responsible for calling the meeting. It is only the section 249D that requires the directors to call the meeting and imposes the 21 day time limit.
With that being said, we are just waiting on confirmation from our legal advisers before officially calling the EGM. In the meantime we have been taking advantage of the delay and using it to our benefit. Unfortunately, it appears that the pirates are using the delay to their benefit as well by launching another pointless takeover offer that they know they won't win.
