What reasons(plural) could there possibly be for us to accept? JBL lost a bunch of money, it trades on an illiquid secondary market, it holds all the same unlisted crap that we do, it's ability to remain as a going concern is questionable and it's NTA is a fraction of ours .. plus no doubt other downsides to accepting the deal.
Can anyone see any real upside to accepting?
