It represents a very good business model.
A clould based system which has global recognition in the form of Netsuite
An established customer base with income stream
Discarded all the non performing add ons
Focusing on where the money is with savy/quality management
...and now adding new quality customers that will further enhance the markting opportunities
looks good.
