Perhaps, but they certainly are very busy, they'll be prioritising for the company's benefit. You might have missed my posts about JCT (and their link to XPE) but in short they were likely very close before the aqua and JCT I know pretty much personally to be a very well run outfit, no reason to hurry the DD if it's going to happen anyway, especially to the detriment of other activities.
