While this tender is only for "approximately 30 properties to be constructed by Renewal SA".
If this tendered job is done properly, it would mean the JCT will have nearly dominant advantages in gaining the rest of order, right?
Therefore, it is true the $649k is not a big amount, but it is a very good start. Keeping figures crossed.
