Exactly the sort of acquisition I was hoping for. Low upfront cost, with vendor incentives to keep things tracking nicely. Excellent cross sell potential/synergies, and adds a further offering to the product stable that in theory makes customers stickier and less likely to leave.

The 'end to end' technology partner approach makes considerable sense and should allow JCS to target a number of customers looking for a one stop shop. Regarding the due diligence, JCS utilised Creative Quest's services for a period time prior, 'try before you buy' is a fantastic approach to ensure you're getting a compatible product/service that will fit with JCS's current suite.  




The first domino to fall, hopefully was one of a number of prospects in the M&A pipeline.  Still a solid pile of cash in the war chest, as would think Creative Quest's upfront costs and ongoing incentives could well be paid for out of ongoing cash generation.

Good to see a few new posters joining the forums here too. Huge potential if they can keep the momentum going.
