    The potential market surely must be greater than the current market JCS is operating. The existing revenue is $12,000,000 - plus now Riyo - plus the todays acquisition.

    All paid for in cash all set for easy integration.

    The other key is that JCS are professionals at marketing in this space

    Its a no brainer imo. Way undervalued.
