Looking at Epicor's track record, there is huge potential here for Riyo across their substantial clientbase and industries.
One point to perhaps think about, should Epicor find Riyo to its liking, it is possible they might look at bringing it in-house (rather than paying burgeoning licensing fees should they wish to apply the solution to other areas), the below article alludes to previous tie-up similar to Riyo and a subsequent acquisition made by Epicor (1 EDI Souce in 2019)
"This agreement will see Epicor resell Riyo as part of the Epcor SLS solution. It is an approach that Epicor has used in the past to supplement its ERP solutions. One example of that is 1 EDI Source, a company it subsequently bought late last year."

Epicor's wiki page outlines 12 acquisitions they've made over the last 20 years, a couple being made last year alone.

Given JCS's Market Cap of circa $12m, it certainly wouldn't be out of the question for Epicor's size ($0.8billion USD revenue, 3700+ employees and 20,000 customers in 150 countries) that they could consider making an offer for the Riyo platform, or attempt to take JCS over. Although (just my opinion) I suspect they'd prefer acquiring just Riyo rather than JCS as a whole.
Which then begs the question, What is Riyo actually worth? I've seen many companies on the ASX with software solutions in various industries that in my view possibly have less potential than Riyo, and some of these companies easily have Market Caps up to $25m on little or no revenue. So, what would JCS require to part with Riyo? Would it be for sale? I think (and again, this is all just my speculation) that management would struggle to turn down an offer of say $10m+ cash for it, even with the early potential it is showing.
Early days, but exciting times are ahead. Plenty more news flow to come this year, as I'm sure management are looking at further applications for Riyo, and each successive deal increases the platform's value IMO, So..... will Epicor attempt to take Riyo out early....??
