A comment from management on reality for size of turnover and the expenses they have just purchased would actually be partially informative. How about some metrics - you know standard business ones?.

ASX and ASIC needs a good slap around the head for allowing such announcements with so little detail. Just because it is $1 it doesn't in any way represent the risk or benefit of the transaction
