    I read about all the innovative new business developments in the finance/technology space over the last decade and then look at JCurve.

    Visionless.Its attempts at acquisitions/collaborations/business development have been pathetic to watch.

    The boardroom culture appears to be incapable of developing a business concept which incorporates new innovations, calculated risk management, fund raising, increasing share holder value and attracting new investors.
