IMO this is just positive news, but it is far from great.
A great announcement would address the elephant in the room, which would be outlining the actual plan with facts, timelines and figures around the GK brand and how the NCA issues are really affecting what's happening, what the contingencies are and so on.
A good to great announcement would be sales orders of a sizable value, or at least repeat smaller orders, which will provide revenue and cash flow.
