Unfortunately you'll fail miserably and I say this with the utmost empathy for all who have been stung here. It's almost impossible to prove and punish persons for breach of director duties (care & diligence), suspected phoenix trading, uncommercial transactions, transfer to defeat creditors etc etc etc... That's coming from an ex corporate insolvency professional who has seen it all. Nobody cares, especially now while everyone's hemorrhaging finances & lifestyle choices. Best you lick your wounds and move on as we all have at some stage.
