Tax time coming and 18m shares issued in April last yr for 15c. Others have had shares as part of tenement settlements in the past. I wouldn't be making any assumptions.
With the recent announcement reminding all holders that at the current market price Lindsay's tenements would result in over 8 million shares being issued at current values,so you can work out the dilution effect if you need to.
