Taking a look at down the way at the new tenements, between Butterfly Lake and Hairy Lake (great name). Dark green is the greenstone belt, light green is felsic volcanic.

Map 1 is bedrock geology. Note the two dikes running SW to NE, orange lines.

Map 2 is magnetics, where the dikes appear as lows.



Are there pegs near the intersection of the geological contacts and the dikes?

This is the situation of the pegs Tanco found at Metis and Spod Island. Cluster of red dots are Tanco's drill holes. The regional dyke swarm is called "Molson".


I turned the base map off so the magnetics are clearer. LM1 expects continuation west and east, probably I would assume following the medium low north of the high.
