Jericho been being drilled since 2017 by OZL and MEP , now DRM —& there is a shallower good grade mineable open pit resource potential.

Demetallica can go alone.
But obviously don’t own processing facilities, Eloise mine and processor is within a few kilometres or there are Ernest Henry, Rocklands etc within 40- 50kms , both with capacity.
Aaron Colloran is ex-Evolution, he would understand completely.
He’s been attempting the hostile takeover of Demetallica here.

Demetallica just has not had time to be appreciated by the market- relaunch as DRM now , was only in May - into the major market selldown time and conditions.
But work, ongoing Minotaur which has become the new Demetallica company & work here and drilling including exploration in SA commencement — continued throughout the finalisation of Minotaur being takeover over and expansion of all the Cloncurry lands within Jericho and the area greater lands.
All is within very longterm compelling = Chimera now.

Eloise (greater total land area too, now nearly re-amalgamated with additional Chimera lands ) —was once owned by BHP.
BHP discovered Eloise in the 80s.
They did a lot of drilling and held up until the mine portal development stage into late 90s downturn, then Amalg acquired and commenced the Eloise mine ~ 1996.
Then Breakaway Resources / & Minotaur together with Oz minerals owned. As Breakaway was formed I think via an amalgamation with Amalg which owned Eloise.
*Oz minerals launched and spun out Minotaur Exploration in the first place— and have been maintaining their interests through the past two decades.
And Sandfire came in with own land and in JV also with Minotaur and Oz minerals .

This geological team- Demetallica now, who were Minotaur Resources/ then Minotaur Exploration, discovered Prominent Hill. Oxiana acquired. With merger subsequently then which formed Oz Minerals.
This is how Oz minerals was born .

This Demetallica original geological team, esp Dr Roger Higgins, were responsible for the discovery of Prominent Hill which was the company maker for Oz Minerals.
Oz Minerals, in JV with us here, DRM are again testing compelling geological hypothesis for potential Prominent Hill / even Ernest Henry style IOCG resource deposit at Peake & Denison right now. Culmination of a few years work from Demetallica (Minotaur Exploration) geological teams work. But OZL are fully funding the very expensive targeted drilling for DRM. (No cost to DRM shareholders)

Loyalties here are great.
Oz minerals trust and respect the DRM geological team.
It’s been a journey—a big one also though for OZL through this time the past 20 years about since Prominent Hill discovered by Minotaur, taken over into Oxiana/Oz minerals, and Minotaur relaunched in about 2006.

Minotaur now Demetallica, were given the non- Prominent Hill exploration assets from Oz minerals.

Minotaur effectively also is Breakaway Resources- also with long history (Breakaway, Amalg etc) before it publicly listed also in ~ 2008?
They, this company really as MEP incorporated Breakaway, owned Eloise —including the mine which ran into difficulties about 2008 also and they sold it to Barminco ultimately after commencing restart of Eloise, in about 2013 also when Minotaur who had been working in new JV at Cloncurry, thej instead took over Breakaway( a merge in really ). Fairly friendly .
But huge history, long history until now.

Minotaur Exploration- ie now Demetallica and this same management team now DRM, wanted to explore and extend Eloise area , focus on Cloncurry. Was focal decision of Minotaur Exploration work.

Glenn Little (DRM geological manager ongoing) has written references re the Cloncurry area and comparing and contrasting to the major SA copper resources discoveries .

A lot of history and decades of work and combined exploration, very respected companies and teams-- also supported by Oz minerals and work done also with Sandfire , & BHP past.

**Unlike nearly all Cloncurry region explorers— Demetallica have a resource at Jericho and total Chimera holdings, from extensive past drilling and work in the past decade again by OZL, MEP, SFR.

++ Demetallica — we hold greater Chimera, Windsor , Pyramid, nominal SA land areas (gypsum mineral holdings only now) , but also Peake and Denison.
