The providers of the debt know that... They have already made allowances and have equity and reputation as stake.
I appreciate this announcement is very very thin and completely open to ridicule.
The nickel tidal wave from Indonesia has drowned the entire market for the time being.
So if they can't again defer the debt... What does a VA unwinding actually look like? Who buys what parts for scrap and how much do they pay?
