Jrv could have raised 50 million through CR and the other 100 million through OEMs....but they are not willing to sell themselves short..

He who controls supply is king.. OEMs are currently securing as many units as they can.. Investors don't see commercial terms and consequences for many years.. u just get the headline saying you have signed with x.. JRV don't believe this is the time and place for a relationship with a downstream industry.. that will come..on their terms and when in control and demand..

Jrv don't need any more cash for the current portfolio.. They are fully funded.. which will also bring on 3 cash flow sources..

Competitors are signing these off take agreements and want the short term price action. Too worried about the price in a few months and not a few years down the track.

Yes they have admitted they are annoyed that the price is now under issue price.. The board has put in another 2 million which now takes them over 10 million of their own capital invested.. it many other companies would have board members with that skin in the game.

There is a market opportunity for a group that is well capitalised and has solid funding to occupy the mid cap space.. it's still waiting to be filled..

Nothing has changed from when JRV was $1.. they still have the vision to be a tier 1 company. People will follow and invest in a company that can deliver on their promises... which Jrv have up until this point..

if you want a short term punt... might as well take out your Jrv money and invest somewhere else.
