I find it extraordinary that they announced on the 18th April 2023 a pivot from the Kokkola refinery expansion BFS to a BFS on a U.S. cobalt refinery - yet they are ONLY NOW (3 October 2023) informing us that they have commenced.
What have they been doing for the past 6 months (except run down cash & oversee further capital destruction)?
Bryce is clearly floundering big time & is all over the shop. The time is nigh for the Board to part ways with him & bring in a competent executive to clean up his mess.
