I am not persuaded that this mine has legs. It is limited life, low grade, 2 x open pits and 2 x inclines therefore hard to get efficiencies. It has no services and so everything has to be trucked in or generated on site. The first Feasibility Study understated costs and the second Feasibility Study was not well accepted by the Board. Hence CEO left the business as did Flagstaff; the project managers who were running the study.
Just because it is copper is not enough to underpin its success in my opinion.
