Yes a bit perplexing. It often seems that the more concrete a project gets the more the market loses interest... up to point. The same applies to announcement of JORC resources. The anticipation is seemingly greater than the reality. I notice a few companies doing large pre-resource capital raisings these days, perhaps in cognizance of this effect.
