am I wrong in assuming that by offering an employee 200000 options at a strike price of 8.5c in 2016 they are admitting that no-one should even consider paying 10c in 2014??
they seem to be suggesting that the share price is going to go down - and he was gifted his. I had to pay for my options.
i would have thought a higher strike price would have been appropriate and even more incentive!
what am I missing? No snout in the trough!
still hoping for good results and pronto.
