The present administration, yes.. They realise they're way behind the 8 ball for breathing life back into US cobalt so unless they decide there are weapons of mass destruction in the Congo, this WILL get off the ground.. But don't expect too much attention while the election is being run. Idaho farmers are already pretty pissed about their water rights being slashed due to cobalt processing requirements, not to mention the environmental impact
