30 August 2024 is the next key date. Noted the change of language in the most recent announcement:
'With the the Deferral [of interest payments], to run concurrent with ongoing commercial discussions with the Holder.
Jervois is working in conjunction with its providers of both debt and equity capital, and third parties, on potential transactions to strengthen its balance sheet'.
I recon we're looking at a debt for equity swap with Mill Street Capital, or equity for interest payment like Electra Battery Materials Corporation did recently. Hopefully the USG comes good with a refinancing deal for the current Bonds which will then give us the runway needed..
Lots of possibilities based on all the parities involved.
