It'll be interesting to see how much the impairment is for ICO for the year - probably not as much as it should be as it's a worthless asset in my book but I believe there could be implications on the repayment of the US$100mil bond if the asset value was reduced by a substantial amount(but haven't read the full terms of the bond so not sure).
